Rabbi Yisrael Krengel has been officiating wedding and bar mitzvah ceremonies in Israel and South Africa for the past 14 years. He received Rabbinic Ordination / Semicha from the Chief Rabbinate of Israel , and is fully certified to perform ceremonies in Israel and abroad. He holds a B.A. magna cum laude from the University of South Africa in psychology and education. He has been a practicing pulpit/congregational Rabbi in South Africa and a Rosh Kollel for Torah MiTzion. Rabbi Krengel has also lectured extensively on Judaism for a wide variety of organizations and institutions such as: Birthright/ Taglit, Yeshivat Har Etzion, Machon Tzomet, Midreshet HaRova, Eshel, Bnei Akiva Hachsharot, Hineni Shenat, Mekor Chaim etc. He has taught and officiated for all ages and backgrounds. He mantains a rigorous Jewish legal standard while making Judaism appealing, joyful and inviting.
